What is this site about?
ModernFilmFanatic.org is a “sister site” to FilmFanatic.org, where I discuss selections from Danny Peary’s Guide for the Film Fanatic (click here to read more).
On this site, I highlight and review must-see films released in the twenty years since Peary’s book was published, explaining why I consider each one to be indispensable viewing for any dedicated movie buff. I also provide a list of recommended titles — movies which aren’t necessarily must-see, but are worth your time as well.
